Juvenile Defense

Recent studies have found that over seventy percent of children within the juvenile justice system have educational disabilities, the vast majority of which have an Emotional Disturbance (ED) and/or have a Specific Learning Disability.

Children with ED are three times more likely to be arrested before leaving school, and for those children that drop out of school, seventy-five percent are arrested within five years. Our firm is equipped to handle cases at the onset or first signs of juvenile delinquency problems as well as cases where the child is accused of committing a crime or offense and requires immediate legal defense representation.

Our firm will also represent your child at the school disciplinary or expulsion hearing, referred to as a Manifestation Determination Review (MDR). In order to prepare and strategize, it is imperative that our firm is contacted immediately.
